What You’ll Do
- Track, reconcile, and analyze costs from customer order through shipment
- Analyze actual costs against projections and investigate variances
- Support revenue recognition, customer billing, and milestone invoicing
- Prepare intercompany billing and account reconciliations
- Manage inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and consignment inventory counts
- Record warranty and installation costs and accruals
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close
- Maintain forecasts and budgets for complex customer orders
- Partner closely with operations and project managers to support accurate and timely billing
- Reconcile general ledger and inventory-related accounts
- Support additional financial analysis as needed
What We’re Looking xhqgsiq For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3 years of cost accounting and/or general accounting experience
- Manufacturing experience required
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable partnering with both accounting and operational teams
