Hammer & Nails Chamblee is looking for a dependable weekend Dual Artist to deliver premium hair and nail services every Saturday and Sunday. This is not a chair where you wait for walk-ins or hustle to fill your book. Our membership model and booking system put guests in your chair. You bring the craft, the hospitality, and the consistency. We handle the rest.

Earn commission on every service you perform, with higher rates on our premium services and commission increases after your first 90 days.

Earn commission on the grooming products you recommend. Our guests value expert advice, so a thoughtful recommendation at the end of a service adds real money to your check.

Keep 100% of your tips. On top of that, when a guest leaves a 5-star Google review through our third-party review app, you earn bonus tips. Great service pays you twice: once in the chair, and again when the guest tells the world about you.

*What You'll Do*
- Deliver precision haircuts, styling, beard grooming, and camo gray-blending services
- Perform luxury men's manicures, pedicures, and specialty hand and foot services
- Follow Hammer & Nails' Golden Standard service protocols
- Provide a relaxed, hospitality-first guest experience
- Recommend grooming products that fit each guest's needs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in full compliance with Georgia Board standards
- Build lasting member relationships that drive rebooks, requests, and 5-star reviews
*What We're Looking For*
- Valid Georgia Master Cosmetology License (or Georgia endorsement)
- 1+ years of professional experience in both hair and nail services
- Strong skills in men's cutting, styling, and grooming
- Skilled in manicures, pedicures, and men's specialty nail services
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- A proven track record of showing up on time, every shift
*Schedule Requirements*
- Must be available to work BOTH Saturday and Sunday, every weekend
- Reliable attendance is essential. Members book around your schedule, and consistent weekend presence is how you build your rebook and request rates
- This is not a fill-in or on-call role; we are looking for a committed weekend artist

- Valid Georgia Master Cosmetology License or Georgia endorsement
- Available every Saturday and Sunday
- Able to commute to Chamblee (30341)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
