Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.Position OverviewAs a Corrugator Supervisor, your roles and responsibilities will include:Directly supervise one assigned shift of hourly manufacturing employees.Provide leadership in safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement.Oversee daily production of corrugated board.Train, plan, assign, and direct employee work.Evaluate employee performance and support employee development.Promote safety, quality production, teamwork, and accountability.Lead and motivate employees through strong leadership and example.Resolve employee conflicts and support positive employee relations.Communicate effectively with production employees, supervisors, plant management, office personnel, customers, and vendors.QualificationsMost importantly, you need to be a passionate Corrugator Supervisor who enjoys their work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Corrugator Supervisor would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:High School Diploma or GED equivalent.2+ years of manufacturing experience.Corrugated industry experience preferred.Supervisory experience preferred.Demonstrated leadership experience beyond basic supervisory responsibilities.Strong employee relations and conflict-management skills.Proven ability to develop and motivate direct reports.Proactive, results-driven leadership style.Strong integrity, accountability, and managerial courage.We understand that even if you are a seasoned Corrugator Supervisor, you may not have all the skills listed here.
