- Develop, implement, and continuously improve corrosion control programs across pipelines, terminals, storage facilities, processing plants, compressor stations, pump stations, and associated infrastructure
- Develop and maintain Corrosion Control Documents, corrosion threat assessments, inspection plans, corrosion loops, integrity operating windows, and mitigation strategies
- Support and optimize Risk-Based Inspection programs to identify, prioritize, and mitigate integrity risks
- Evaluate internal corrosion threats and recommend monitoring, mitigation, and prevention strategies
- Establish and maintain corrosion monitoring programs using coupons, probes, fluid sampling, inspection data review, and condition assessments
- Evaluate integrity data and communicate recommendations to operations, engineering, and leadership teams
- Support capital projects and operational initiatives through material selection, corrosion reviews, and integrity risk assessments
- Partner with Operations, Reliability, Facility Integrity, Process Engineering, and project teams throughout the asset lifecycle
- Develop engineering recommendations to reduce corrosion threats, improve equipment reliability, reduce operating costs, and extend asset life
- Review and approve engineering studies, corrosion assessments, inspection recommendations, and mitigation plans
- Evaluate industry best practices and emerging technologies for application across ONEOK assets
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and technical development opportunities for engineers and integrity personnel
- Support development of corrosion-program performance metrics and KPIs
- Monitor and trend integrity performance indicators and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and implement processes improving data quality, program effectiveness, and operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to standardize corrosion and integrity practices across business segments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or closely related field
- Seven or more years of experience in corrosion or asset integrity engineering
- Experience and knowledge of corrosion damage mechanisms and risk criteria in natural gas, natural gas liquids, crude, and refined products
- Experience achieving goals and developing employee/team strengths
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Project, Access, Word, AutoCAD, and similar applications
- Experience researching and preparing technical specifications, budgets, engineering studies, reports, forms, and correspondence
- Experience identifying, researching, evaluating, and prioritizing operational problems and coordinating appropriate responses
- Experience with pipelines or hydrocarbon processing and related facilities design, construction, operation, and maintenance
- Experience reading, understanding, and marking up process flow diagrams and piping and instrumentation drawings
- Knowledge of internal corrosion, damage mechanisms, material failure, structural analysis, industry standards, and governmental regulations
- Understanding of operational functions and commercial relationships, with ability to anticipate functional and transactional impacts
- Ability to read and interpret regulations, blueprints, contracts, manuals, specifications, surveys, charts, load studies, reports, and correspondence
- Ability to analyze and resolve engineering design and calculation issues
- Ability to review complex engineering drawings and materials
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments with competing deadlines
- Ability to identify, plan, and organize projects, goals, and initiatives through completion
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions
- Ability to apply math, algebraic formulas, and statistical methods
- Ability to interact, negotiate, advise, and communicate effectively
- Ability to operate required office tools and equipment

- Internal Corrosion Technician Certification or Technologist Certification preferred but not required
- Travel to other locations required
- May require a company vehicle and applicable driver's license based on assigned tasks
