Executing end-to-end electronic processing, the full-time Correspondence Representative II will manage billing correspondence through scanning, indexing, and quality control while collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and accuracy in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Prepare and process electronic documents, ensuring legibility and completeness while managing the Attorney Portal for bill requests Apply release of information procedures and maintain compliance through rigorous quality checks and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing exceptions and fulfill sensitive requests while ensuring timely responses Required qualifications High School Graduate or equivalent (GED/HSED) Two years of experience in a healthcare or legal environment, preferably in revenue cycle Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare, insurance terminology, and medical billing Proficient computer skills, including experience with patient accounting systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks effectively
