Supporting member correspondence activities, the full-time Correspondence Processor will generate clinical determination letters for members and providers while ensuring compliance with established guidelines and standards. Key responsibilities Generate clear and accurate clinical determination letters, ensuring they meet required reading levels Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correspondence adheres to regulatory requirements and appropriate formats Monitor letter queues for timely generation and delivery of correspondence while assisting with troubleshooting related issues Required qualifications At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare environment Previous experience as a Correspondence Processor Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple letter queues and deadlines Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or applicable software programs Willingness to learn and adapt to new programs and processes
