Corrections Lieutenant — Lead Security & Operations

Corrections Lieutenant: Bland Correctional Center is seeking a Security Manager I to oversee daily operations and supervise Security Supervisors, Corrections Officers and inmates at Bland Correctional Center.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, DCJS certification, a valid driver’s license, and significant corrections experience. Strong leadership, scheduling, and knowledge of post orders and security procedures are essential.
