Position Overview

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical practice required

• At least 1-2 years of correctional healthcare or underserved population experience preferred

• Experience in psychiatric diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of behavioral health services highly preferred

• Experience providing psychiatric care in a managed care or correctional facility setting preferred

• Active CPR/BLS certification required; American Heart Association or American Red Cross guidelines approved

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a secured correctional facility for extended periods

• Ability to frequently reach, bend, kneel, and stoop, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds

• Ability to respond quickly to emergencies, including situations requiring rapid movement, physical intervention, or assistance with patient transport
