Correctional Food Service Director - Lead & Grow

Trinity Services Group is seeking a Food Service Director to oversee a turnkey, on-site food service operation inside a correctional facility in California. You will manage the kitchen staff, ensure regulatory compliance, control inventory and payroll, and partner with leadership to deliver safe, high-quality meals for inmates.

Ideal candidates have five years of management experience in food service, ServSafe certification, and a proven ability to lead teams in a regulated environment.
