Correctional Food Service Director: Lead & Budgeting

Summit, part of Elior North America, is seeking a motivated food service director to lead our Corrections team in Grand Island, NE. You will oversee all aspects of the food service department and guide a team to ensure residents and staff receive timely, nutritious meals.

The role requires at least two years coordinating food service operations, experience with industrial cooking, strong communication with hourly staff and executives, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
