Seeking a full-time Corporate Transformation Manager, this role will focus on accelerating value creation from existing initiatives through strategic problem-solving, identifying roadblocks, and defining incremental initiatives, with the flexibility of remote work. Key responsibilities Identify gaps between existing transformation initiatives and budget/long-range plan targets, diagnosing major roadblocks and designing plans to address them Partner with initiative managers to establish cross-initiative enablers and validate opportunities to exceed annual targets Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing the status of transformation initiatives and providing actionable insights Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm and 8+ years of relevant career progression Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent quantitative abilities Proven experience in complex programmatic change leadership and stakeholder management Strong executive communication skills, both verbal and written Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from a leading university
