Corporate Transactions Attorney - Real Estate & M&A

Varner & Brandt LLP is seeking a corporate transactional attorney for our Riverside office. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of business and transactional law experience, including mergers and acquisitions, contracts, real estate development, conversions and formation.

Excellent written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential. Initiative and ethical judgment are required.
