A full-service law firm seeks a New York-admitted attorney with 2–5 years of corporate transactional experience for its Nassau County office.
Work directly with partners and business clients on commercial contracts, business purchases and sales, and day-to-day corporate matters. The practice includes drafting and negotiating confidentiality, sales and vendor agreements, supporting M&A transactions, and advising on contractual and regulatory risks.
The team is looking for clear writing, sound judgment and confidence managing assignments and communicating with clients.
Compensation: $130,000–$170,000, based on experience, plus health coverage, retirement benefits and paid time off.
