The Role
We are seeking a Corporate Transactional & Litigation Attorney who is comfortable working across both deal work and business disputes. This is a substantive, hands-on role. You will work directly with clients, manage matters with increasing independence, and contribute meaningfully to both transactional planning and dispute resolution strategies. This position is well-suited for an attorney who does not want to be limited to one side of the practice and who values understanding how business decisions and legal risk intersect.
