Eight (8) years experience may be substituted for the degree.Certification in construction trades (i.e., Master Welder, Master Electrician, etc), or any construction trades training certification, such as The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) preferred.ExperienceA minimum of three (3) years subject-related industry experience required.
