Corporate Tax ManagerFort Lauderdale, FL (33323)Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid Work Schedule: Minimum 3 days onsite per week effective March 2026 As a Corporate Tax Manager, you will join the Corporate Tax Solutions team supporting large multi-state, national, and global clients with corporate tax compliance, tax planning, and ASC 740 income tax accounting engagements. This role requires a strong background in public accounting, corporate tax provisions, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have recent experience with a Top 15 public accounting firm, strong technical tax expertise, and the ability to lead engagements from planning through completion while mentoring junior staff and maintaining exceptional client service standards.Must-Have QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting Active CPA License (Florida or reciprocity eligible) OR JD with active law license Minimum 4–7 years of progressive corporate tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience Recent public accounting experience with a Top 15 accounting firm Strong experience with corporate tax compliance for large multi-state/national/global companies Strong ASC 740 income tax provision experience (preparation, review, or audit support) Ability to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per weekStrong knowledge of:US GAAP Corporate income tax laws and regulations State & local taxation International taxation Transfer pricing concepts Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with OneSource Tax Provision (OTP) Professional services industry experience Experience supporting manufacturing, technology, pharma, food & beverage, consulting, engineering, telecommunications, or transportation/distribution clients Stable work history with limited job hopping Candidates currently in industry who transitioned from public accounting within the last 2–3 years are acceptableCore SkillsCorporate Tax Compliance ASC 740 Tax Provision Tax Consulting Multi-State Taxation International Taxation Transfer Pricing IRS & State Tax Resolution Client Relationship Management Public Accounting Leadership & Team Development US GAAP OneSource Tax Provision
