We are part of a broader system committed to evidence-based practices, trauma-informed care, and recovery-oriented services for individuals facing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health challenges.Liberty plays a vital role in supporting programs across multiple levels of care, including residential treatment, outpatient services, Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). These programs emphasize individualized service planning, integrated care models, and collaborative, multidisciplinary team approaches.As we continue to expand our East Coast operations, we are seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract, hire, and retain top talent to support our mission, programs, and sustained growth.Position SummaryReporting to the Regional HR Director, the Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead and execute full-cycle recruitment efforts across East Coast operations.

This role is critical in building strong talent pipelines, enhancing the organization's employer brand, and partnering with leadership to meet workforce demands in a fast-growing, multi-state environment.The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, and experienced in talent acquisition within human services, healthcare-adjacent, or high-volume recruiting environments.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth and workforce needsManage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, administrative, and program support rolesPartner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive recruitment plansSourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentSource candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategiesBuild and maintain strong, diverse talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsDevelop outreach strategies for hard-to-fill roles across multiple statesCandidate Screening & SelectionReview, screen, and evaluate resumes and applicationsPresent qualified candidate shortlists to hiring managers and leadershipParticipate in interviews and provide recommendations on candidate selectionInterview Coordination & Offer ManagementCoordinate and schedule interviews; prepare interview materials for hiring teamsGuide hiring managers through the recruitment process and best practicesCollaborate with HR and leadership on offers, including compensation, start dates, and employment termsOnboarding & Candidate ExperienceSupport onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experienceMaintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring processServe as a primary point of contact for recruitment-related inquiriesCompliance & Process ImprovementEnsure all recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS systemsContinuously improve recruitment processes, workflows, and candidate experienceCollaboration & Employer BrandingPartner with HR and leadership to develop job descriptions and hiring criteriaSupport employer branding initiatives to position Liberty as an employer of choiceRepresent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and community outreach efforts.
