This role plays a key part in ensuring consistency in studio operations by managing data, supporting system integrations, administering training, and driving reporting insights that inform business decisions.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams, with a strong aptitude for systems, data management, and communication.Key ResponsibilitiesData Management & ReportingServe as a subject matter expert for studio and purchasing platforms, software, and integrated systemsTest system enhancements and updates to ensure functionality and accuracyExecute data validation, mapping, and system alignment across divisions to support integration effortsPartner with cross-functional teams to prepare, cleanse, and manage data for major system initiativesOversee maintenance for studio, option management, and flooring systemsDevelop ad hoc reports and conduct data-driven analysis to support corporate and divisional initiativesBuild and maintain scorecards to measure compliance with corporate studio guidelinesExtract, analyze, and interpret key performance metrics; provide actionable insights to leadershipDistribute targeted reports to internal stakeholders, divisions, and external suppliersIdentify and resolve data discrepancies prior to reporting distributionLead special reporting and data-related projects as neededTraining Administration & SupportMonitor support channels and provide day-to-day assistance and Q&A support to studio and purchasing teamsTroubleshoot system issues during platform rollouts and upgradesReview, enhance, and maintain training documentationDeliver live and virtual training sessions to support system adoptionCreate engaging micro-learning videos for cross-functional teamsDepartment Coordination & Administrative SupportAudit community master options and flooring configuration data for accuracy and consistencyProvide administrative and operational support to studio leadership during community launches and updatesCoordinate monthly studio calls, including scheduling and attendance trackingSupport special projects and departmental initiatives as assignedWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Procurement, or a related field preferred2–3 years of experience in a corporate, data analysis, or consumer retail environmentExperience in procurement is a plusExperience in Real estate industry preferred, ideally residential homebuildingBackground in flooring and/or options data management is highly desirableAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, XP, PowerPoint, and related toolsExperience with purchasing, merchandising, or e-commerce platforms (e.g., Envision or flooring takeoff software strongly preferred)Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to extract insights for key stakeholders and make actionable recommendations to cross-functional teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise messagingStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyTechnical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and toolsProven critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesCollaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills across cross-functional teamsSelf-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environmentFoundational understanding of consumer behavior in a retail settingRequirements8-hour workdays with flexibility to work overtime when needed; may include some work on weekends or holidays dependent upon business needs which would be communicated in advance when possibleConduct business in a professional and ethical manner to potential buyers, trade partners, and coworkers to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the companyAbility to travel up to 50%The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.Ability to stand or sit for extended periodsAbility to move about work locationAbility to drive/travel as neededAbility to walk up and down stairsAbility to observe details at close range and communicate information so others will understandAbility to transport and move up to 20 lbs and move as needed (for roles in Construction/Customer Service/IT/Land/Marketing/Sales/Studio).Periodically works in outdoor weather conditions (for roles in Construction/Customer Service/Land/Sales).Position is located on-site in the office.
