About the Role

This is not a traditional strategy role. At Classover (NASDAQ: KIDZ), you will build and close strategic partnerships across AI, robotics, and cloud, while shaping how the company is understood by investors and the market. From cold outreach to signed deals to PR launch — you own the full cycle.

What You’ll Own

You will build and drive partnerships across:

• AI Infrastructure / Neo Cloud Partner with GPU cloud and AI infra companies; design creative collaboration or financing structures.
• Humanoid & Companion Robotics Work with robotics companies to bring AI-powered hardware into real education use cases.
• AI Strategic Partnerships Identify and execute partnerships that enhance tutoring systems, content generation, and learning experiences.
• Investor Narrative & PR Turn deals into clear, compelling external stories — press releases, investor messaging, and strategic positioning.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Source and build relationships with founders, BD leads, and operators across AI / robotics / infra
• Pitch partnership ideas tailored to each company’s incentives
• Drive deals from cold outreach → structured discussion → MOU → signed agreement → PR launch
• Maintain a disciplined deal pipeline and push momentum across multiple stakeholders
• Draft high-quality materials:
• Press releases
• Partnership announcements
• Investor summaries
• Executive talking pointsTranslate business activity into market narrative and investor-facing clarity

  Who We’re Looking For

  Must-Have

  • 5 years in one of the following:
  • Corporate strategy / BD / partnerships
  • Investment banking / VC / corporate development
  • Investor relations or strategic communications
  • Proven ability to own external relationships and push deals forward
  • Strong writing ability (PR, memos, investor-facing content)
  • High ownership, persistence, and ability to operate without structure

  Strong Plus

  • Experience in:
  • AI / cloud / GPU / robotics / edtech
  • Cross-border deal experience
  • Experience working with founder-led or early-stage companies

  What Success Looks Like

  • Build a live pipeline of high-quality partnership opportunities
  • Push multiple deals to MOU / pilot / signed agreementDeliver high-impact PR and investor-facing narratives
  • Become a core driver of the company’s external growth engine

  Compensation

  • Base salary: $80,000 (flexible based on experience)
  • Performance-based bonus tied to deal outcomes and strategic impact
  • High ownership, direct access to leadership
