We are looking for a passionate and highly capable project leader who will be able to help drive innovation through the implementation and delivery of client and innovative solutions. This position will plan and manage projects of moderate-to-high complexity in the Innovation and Digital Health Analytics function.Responsibilities:Oversee complex projects with significant organizational impact.Manage the complete lifecycle of moderate to highly complex projects with significant impact to the organization.Create and update comprehensive Microsoft Project schedules, RAID logs, and high-level timelines for all assigned projects, ensuring effective monitoring and control of project deliverables and outcomes that align with the business priorities.Execute multiple projects with remote teams and competing priorities.Engage with vendors, suppliers, partners and project team to establish and achieve project goals.Communicate regularly to inform the team of upcoming deliverables, action items, decisions, and risks.Cultivate relationships across teams while serving as the key project contact.Schedule and lead status meetings with stakeholders to manage expectations.Facilitate project and ad-hoc meetings, including:Schedule necessary meetings to drive project activities forward.Issue written agendas in advance of meetings.Take notes live during meetings to drive clarity and alignment on actions and decisions.Post meeting minutes and actions within 24 hours of meeting.Follow up on resulting action items between meetings and drive to completion.Skills:Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlinesAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft ProjectStrong planning, organizational, relationship, leadership, and meeting facilitation skillsBias for action, excellent attention to detail, and relentless commitment to follow-throughRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in project management, business management, information technology, or equivalent experienceMust possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and Microsoft ProjectThree or more years of experience managing projectsDemonstrated experience managing large teams on complex high-profile projectsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban.Excellent written and verbal communicationProficient in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Qualifications:MBA or other advancedCompletion of MS Project trainingProject management experience in biotech, pharmaceutical industry, or clinical trialsExperience managing projects involving data, databases, software development, machine learning, or AIProject Management certification (PMP)
