Corporate Services Ops CoordinatorThe NBCUniversal Team is looking for a Corporate Services Operations Coordinator to serve as an administrative and operational support resource for Corporate Services. In this role you will help keep the team organized, responsive, and aligned by supporting day-to-day administrative needs, request intake, follow-ups, documentation, vendor coordination, and employee-facing services across catering, pantries, and workplace programs.You will be responsible for supporting the team's daily administrative operations, with a focus on coordinating team workflows, tracking open items, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure requests are handled accurately and on time. You will also support contracted catering operations, pantries, and third-party vendor services that support NBCU and DreamWorks employees, such as banking services, fitness center operations, commuter programs, and car wash services.What You'll Do:Support request intake and triage for workplace service needs by clarifying requirements, routing items to the right owners, and tracking requests through completion.
This includes, but not limited to, pantry, catering, and vendor requests.Coordinate catering needs from planning through completion, including request details, pre-event coordination, menu and pricing review, setup communication, vendor follow-up, billing follow-up, and feedback gathering.Help maintain team tools and documentation, including shared files, SOPs, contact lists, vendor information, program trackers, recurring service calendars, and status updates.Assist with third-party service providers, including food services, pantry services, fitness services, banking, commuter programs, car wash services, and other employee amenities, ensuring issues are documented and follow-up is completed.Support invoice, purchase order, accrual, billing, and budget tracking processes by collecting details, routing approvals, reconciling vendor questions, and helping keep records organized.Work cross-functionally with internal partners and business leaders to understand day-to-day needs, coordinate logistics, and keep stakeholders updated.Help prepare simple reports, recap documents, business correspondence, signage language, employee communications, and procedure updates as needed.Conduct periodic field checks and walkthroughs to confirm services, pantries, meeting spaces, signage, and employee-facing programs are operating as expected.Use feedback, service data, and recurring issues to identify process improvements, improve response times, and support a better workplace experience.Perform other Corporate Services administrative, operational, and project support functions as assigned.Let's Talk About You…Organized - You create order, keep details clean, and make sure calendars, trackers, documents, and follow-ups do not fall through the cracks.Executor - You get things done!
