Our New Jersey-based telecom infrastructure contractor client, Premier Construction Services, delivers multi-state tower site development across civil, tower, and utility scopes for top-tier national carriers. Given the high stakes and strict compliance standards of our client base, safety is a core business operational priority.
The Opportunity They are seeking an enterprise Safety Director to build and take end-to-end ownership of our safety ecosystem. Reporting directly to ownership, this individual will have complete authority to establish policy, oversee field audits, manage subcontractor qualification, lead incident/CAPA processes, and handle executive and client-level reporting.
Target Qualifications
● 10+ years in high-stakes construction safety leadership (telecom/tower or heavy civil experience preferred).
● CSP or equivalent professional certification highly desired.
● Advanced technical command of OSHA standards, work-at-height/fall protection, RF/EME mitigation, and crane/rigging operations.
● Demonstrated ability to oversee multi-state job sites and hold subcontractors accountable to rigorous safety standards.
● Entrepreneurial safety leader who excels at building systems, driving behavioral safety, and establishing operational frameworks.
