Job Description
We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across Finance, Accounting, Audit, Legal, and other corporate/staff functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer.
- Handle 15–17 requisitions simultaneously.
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and deliver qualified talent.
- Manage interviews, candidate communication, and hiring workflows.
- Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS records.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing and full-cycle recruiting background.
- Experience recruiting for Finance, Accounting, Audit, Legal, or corporate functions.
- Proven high-volume recruiting/hiring results.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Workday or similar ATS experience preferred.
- Agency recruiting experience is welcome.
