Senior HR Recruiter (Contract)

Location (Hybrid - Onsite Required):

8 Months (Contract-to-Hire Potential)

W2 Rate - $46-48/hr – NO 1099 NO CTC NO THIRD PARTY

Hybrid onsite – 3 days office/2 days remote

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of recruiting, HR, client consulting, or related experience.
• 4+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting, including sourcing and research.
• Manage the full recruiting process, from planning and sourcing to coordinating interviews and hiring.
• Communicate with candidates and keep them organized and informed throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Collaborate with other recruiters and HR partners to meet hiring goals.
• Use recruiting data to track progress and provide updates to leadership.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other methods.
• Manage a high volume of candidates and match them with the right opportunities.
• Maintain accurate, real-time candidate records and recruiting data.
• Support special recruiting projects as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification.
• Experience with compensation discussions and hiring-related HR practices.
• Experience attracting and recruiting diverse talent through innovative sourcing methods.
