Our staff encompasses 1,000+ individuals from diverse backgrounds who are deploying the latest industry technology and changing the way data is collected and delivered in our industry.Your ImpactThe Corporate Recruiter is responsible to attract and hire top talent into the organization, shape growing teams and partner with our management team to strategically align recruitment efforts in the pursuit of the identifying and hiring the right people.Manage full lifecycle recruiting from needs assessment through new employee onboardingPartner with hiring managers and leadership team to understand business needs and the growth strategy for their officeAttract top candidates through strategic initiatives set forth by the Talent Acquisition ManagerSource and create a pipeline of candidates to build long-term candidate relationships through various mediums, including LinkedInUtilize social media to source, recruit and promote our clientRepresent our client at professional conferences, career fairs and university presentationsAssist with Early Talent Management programs to include, high school and college recruitment initiatives as neededCoordinates with Talent Acquisition Coordinator to schedule phone or onsite interviews, along with any travel or lodging needs of candidatesProvide training to Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Junior Recruiter as requested by Talent Acquisition ManagerServe as brand ambassador for our client by promoting the company to potential candidatesPerform other tasks as assigned to help accomplish the Company’s strategic goalsWhat You BringExperience in a fast-paced, high volume, recruiting environment (A/E/C industry is a plus)Working experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (we use iCIMS)Must have demonstrated PC excellence, including working knowledge of, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and online meeting platformsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focusAbility to quickly adjust goals and expectations due to project deadlinesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to maintain confidential information and exercise sound judgmentAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a highly fluid environmentOur Perks*** SIGNING BONUSES FOR ALL POSITIONS ***Hybrid work schedules for office positions – Work-life balance is on usCompany paid premiums for medical, dental, vision, LTD and life insurance (HSA and FSA plans available)Generous paid time off (vacation, sick, holidays and parental leave) – Accrual starts immediately401(k) program offers 100% employer match up to 4%Employee Assistance Program – Your mental health is our priorityTuition reimbursementNo glass ceiling!
