Truity Partners is supporting a client in the Oak Creek, WI area with their search for an experienced Corporate Recruiter. This is a 4–6 month contract opportunity, with a full-time, 100% onsite schedule. Compensation is targeted at $35–$43 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
This role will support high-volume recruiting and onboarding within a manufacturing environment, partnering closely with operations leaders to help meet ongoing hiring needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage recruiting activities for high-volume production and skilled positions
- Partner with operations and shift supervisors to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate candidate interviews, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding
- Work with staffing agencies to support production hiring and candidate conversions
- Recruit candidates for skilled and specialized positions
- Participate in regular staffing meetings and recruiting updates
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; preferably within manufacturing, production, or another high-volume environment
- Experience managing candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner directly with operations leaders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities
- Experience with an ATS; Paylocity experience is a plus
