Corporate Payroll Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Corporate Payroll Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $90,000 to $100,000 per year.
Essential Functions:

• Assist in processing financial transactions related to Payroll within the Oracle General Ledger
• Collaborate with the Payroll and Tax teams to gather necessary details for reconciliations
• Address Service Now tickets related to Payroll financial requests
• Support Payroll and Finance staff and management with ad hoc requests, projects, and questions
• Participate in cross-training activities to learn other department functions

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent preferred; high school diploma required
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, finance, and/or payroll
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (HCM payroll and/or FIN) preferred or other ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, macros)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
