A growing AmLaw 200 law firm is interested in exploring opportunities with Transactional Law Firm Partners in the practice areas of: M&A, Private Equity and/or Finance . Candidates can join the firm's leading middle-market transactional practice . The firm is looking for partners who have exhibited the skills necessary to attract and maintain a book of business. Around $500,000 to $1,000,000+ in annual originations, with a proven track record and client relationships to build upon, would be sufficient. This firm services sophisticated clients in a variety of dynamic areas, including financial services, technology, life sciences and other high-growth industries. The firm provides leading support practices in tax, benefits and IP, a culture of collegiality, and an international platform. Their compensation plan incentivizes “working partners” and rewards cross-selling.

Please note that there is an in-office policy of at least three days per week for this role.

A J.D. degree, a license to practice law in New York, Washington, DC, Los Angeles, Chicago or another major American jurisdiction and at least 8 years of experience are required. If this opportunity is of interest and you meet these qualifications, please submit your resume for consideration.
