Requirements
- Proven experience in business formation and succession planning, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate finance, and contracts and corporate agreements.
- Bar admission in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey preferred.
- LL.M. in Taxation is a plus.
- A book of business is preferred but not required.
