Duties
- Lead and oversee complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, financings, and other strategic corporate transactions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to deliver integrated legal solutions.
- Counsel clients on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, entity formation, and compliance obligations.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop associates and counsel within the Corporate & Securities practice group.
- Contribute to firm leadership initiatives, strategic planning, and business development efforts.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

Certifications
Bar admission in New York.
