Duties

• Represent Korean-based companies in corporate and transactional matters.
• Advise clients on fund formation, securities, and capital markets transactions.
• Handle mergers and acquisitions and general corporate counseling.
• Maintain and expand client relationships.
• Contribute to the growth of the firm's Korean Practice.

Requirements

• Significant experience in sophisticated transactional matters.
• Established business development relationships with Korean-based companies.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Admitted and in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction.
