Duties

- Maintain and expand client relationships.
- Contribute to the growth of the firm's Korean Practice.
Requirements
- Significant experience in sophisticated transactional matters.
- Established business development relationships with Korean-based companies.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
- Admitted and in good standing in a U.S. jurisdiction.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Bar admission in a U.S. jurisdiction.
