Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters for companies, private equity funds, and venture capital funds.
• Serve the defense sector client base, ensuring deep knowledge of corporate matters relevant to the industry.

Qualifications

• 15–25 years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience.
• Demonstrated experience with a portable book of clients serving the defense sector.
• Strong expertise in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters.
• Member in good standing with the state bar where residing.
