Corporate Paralegal (Business/Finance) - Oxford Solutions is working with a client to hire an experienced Corporate Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity. This is a direct hire, fully onsite role supporting attorneys in corporate, finance, and transactional law matters.This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of business-related legal activities including entity formation, corporate governance, and financial transactions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport attorneys with corporate and transactional legal matters including business formation, restructuring, and related activitiesDraft and prepare legal documents such as formation documents, operating agreements, bylaws, resolutions, and dissolution paperworkConduct legal research and compile data to support client mattersFile legal documents with state and federal agenciesMaintain and organize both physical and electronic legal files, ensuring accuracy and version controlTrack case and matter status, maintaining organized records and client directoriesCoordinate schedules, manage calendars, and ensure deadlines are metCommunicate directly with clients, attorneys, and third-party contacts to support ongoing mattersAssist with correspondence, reports, and general legal documentationTrack billable time and support billing processesCollaborate with legal team members on larger projects and initiativesQualifications5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in corporate or business lawParalegal certificate or related legal trainingStrong writing, editing, and organizational skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Experience with DocuSign and Adobe toolsAbility to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlinesComfort working with legal technology and document management systems
