Corporate Paralegal (Law Firm Experience Required)

Our client, a nationally respected Am Law 200 law firm, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its Corporate Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced corporate paralegal seeking exposure to sophisticated transactions, governance matters, entity management, and corporate legal work within a well-established law firm platform.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Corporate Paralegal will support attorneys on a variety of corporate matters and transactions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in corporate governance, entity management, transactional support, and corporate record maintenance.

This role is well suited for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and serving as a key member of a collaborative legal team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support attorneys with corporate transactions and related matters
• Assist with corporate governance and entity management activities
• Prepare and maintain corporate records and organizational documents
• Coordinate transactional documentation and closing deliverables
• Assist with business planning and corporate compliance matters
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of corporate matters

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience
• Experience supporting corporate governance, entity management, transactional matters, and corporate compliance
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required

COMPENSATION

Salary Range: $76,500 - $179,000

Compensation is commensurate with experience and accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
