I'm partnering with a three highly respected law firms in Chicago, IL seeking an experienced M&A Paralegal to support a busy corporate practice handling mergers & acquisitions, entity formations, governance matters, and complex transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside leading attorneys on sophisticated deals while being an integral part of a collaborative and growing team.

• 3+ years of corporate or M&A paralegal experience in a law firm

• Experience with due diligence, entity management, corporate governance, and closing transactions
