Join Our Team as a Corporate Paralegal at Axiom

Responsibilities
- Assist client’s legal team in drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents, including board resolutions, bylaws, policies, and charters
- Conduct research and analyze legal and regulatory requirements related to corporate governance and compliance
- Maintain and update corporate records, including board and committee minutes, shareholder records, and other governance-related documents
- Assist with the preparation and filing of corporate documents including annual reports, proxy statements, and SEC filings
Qualifications
- 9+ years of corporate governance experience, gained working as a paralegal in a large corporate in‑house environment
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and best practices, and familiarity with corporate filings, SEC regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficient in legal research tools, databases, and related software
- Open to working in an engagement-based role, seconded to clients on a temporary basis for approximately six months at a time
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated total compensation for non‑attorney roles is $71,250–309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
