Responsibilities The Corporate Management Analyst will support strategic legal and operational objectives across U.S. and international entities. Core responsibilities include:
- Analyze and evaluate corporate, operational, and legal processes to improve organizational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance
- Prepare, review, and coordinate SEC filings and periodic disclosures, including Forms 1-A, 1-K, and 1-U
- Draft and file Blue Sky notifications through the EFD NASAA platform and maintain ongoing state securities law compliance
- Review and advise on real estate contracts, residential leases, and HOA documents
- Design internal compliance checklists, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Coordinate with external counsel on documentation related to Regulation A offerings and real estate transactions
- Collect and analyze financial and operational data to prepare reports for senior management
- Utilize internal management systems to track performance metrics and maintain compliance records
Salary: $64,397 per year

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, or a closely related field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication or related field
- 24 months of experience as a Management Analyst
- Travel required: New York (~2x/month); California, Florida, Alabama (~1x/month each)
