Duties
- Engage in a broad range of corporate, M&A, private equity, securities, and real estate joint ventures.
- Provide legal advice to private equity and venture capital funds, family offices, and various companies and lenders.
- Assume immediate responsibility and engage in client interaction.
- Participate in a partnership track opportunity.
Requirements
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or private equity transactions. 1-3 years of relevant experience may be considered for additional roles. Excellent academic credentials and qualifications. Strong work ethic and comparable law firm experience.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Bar admission in the state of Florida.
