Duties
- Represent private equity sponsors in platform acquisitions, add‑on investments, and dispositions.
- Manage joint ventures and minority investments.
- Oversee structuring, due diligence, and deal execution.
- Draft and negotiate purchase and investment agreements.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of corporate experience at an Am Law 100 firm.
- Experience representing private equity sponsors.
- Strong negotiating and drafting skills.
- Excellent analytical and writing abilities.
- Practical, business‑oriented approach to problem‑solving.
Education
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA‑accredited law school.
Certifications
Admission to the Florida or New York Bar, or willingness to sit for the next available examination.
