Duties
- Lead day-to-day management of M&A transactions.
- Coordinate internal and external teams effectively.
- Manage diligence and workstreams efficiently.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and counterparties.
- Draft and negotiate principal deal documents.
- Supervise junior team members and oversee delegated workstreams.
Requirements
- Substantial experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments.
- Experience in private offerings and general corporate matters.
- Effective project management and document drafting skills.
- Outstanding writing and communication abilities.
- Sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Experience advising clients across various industry sectors is a plus.
Education
JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice.
- Timely admission to the Wisconsin Bar required.
