- Draft private placement memorandum and subscription packages.
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls, providing strategic input and updates.
- Assist with closing preparations and ensure post‑closing obligations are met.
Requirements
- 4‑6 years of substantive M&A and general corporate experience at a national or regional law firm.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high‑volume practice.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Education
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to become admitted promptly.
Skills
- Experience with cross‑border transactions preferred.
- Familiarity with private equity transactions preferred.
