Duties
- Represent public and private clients in M&A and related transactions.
- Draft and negotiate complex M&A and private equity agreements.
- Participate as a key member of deal teams for middle market transactions.
- Manage transaction processes from due diligence through closing.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of relevant legal experience.
Active member of the Texas bar.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Texas.
