Duties
- Lead M&A transactions from inception to closing.

- Train junior associates.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience with private equity funds and M&A transactions.
- Experience with capital raises and debt and securities offerings.
- Strong academic background and superior drafting skills.
- Admitted to the Texas Bar.
- Willingness to participate in community and professional organizations.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
Licensed to practice law in Texas.
