Duties

- Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in the office at least three days per week.
Education
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
Certifications
- Must be licensed or ready to become licensed in the jurisdiction of the hiring office.
Skills
- Proficiency in drafting and negotiating M&A and private equity documentation.
- Familiarity with middle-market deal structures.
- High degree of maturity and business sense.
