Duties
- Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documentation.
- Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
- Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
- Collaborate on middle-market deal structures.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in the office at least three days per week.
- Education: JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Certifications: Must be licensed or ready to become licensed in the jurisdiction of the hiring office.
