Overview
A globally known dairy business is recruiting for a Corporate Maintenance Manager to join their corporate engineering team. This is a nationwide role requiring travel to high-profile sites across the United States. While posted as remote, the position is national; relocation is available for out-of-state candidates, ideally based in Idaho, California, New York, or Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Regularly audit the different plants, propose plans of action, and ensure they are followed through.
- Create plans to improve efficiencies, reduce labor and downtime costs.
- Conduct skills assessments at different sites.
- Identify opportunities or gaps in safety, quality, reliability and cost.
- Provide general technical expertise for different maintenance teams.
- Be a liaison between maintenance teams and plant leadership.
Qualifications
- Ability to travel frequently across the US.
- 7+ years of management experience within maintenance.
- Experience within a food manufacturing plant, ideally a dairy facility.
- Experience with Rockwell control systems.
