Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating definitive transaction documents (including purchase agreements and governance documents) and attending to the day-to-day needs of portfolio companies.Candidates should also possess a strong academic background and superior drafting and research skills, and should be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, team-oriented, and personable.
