Requirements
- 7 to 15 years of sophisticated M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital transactional experience.
- Excellent academic credentials.
The successful candidate will have the experience to handle large deals independently and the willingness to mentor junior associates. This busy and collegial practice closes on average 25 merger and acquisition transactions (up to $1 billion in value), 20 venture capital and 20 bank financings per year.
