A high-growth, entrepreneurial law firm is seeking an experienced M&A Counsel or Salaried Partner to join its Startup, Technology and Emerging Companies practice.
This is a unique opportunity to lead sophisticated sell-side M&A transactions for technology companies, venture-backed businesses and founder-led startups , while working fully remotely and benefiting from a highly achievable bonus structure.
You will advise innovative businesses at pivotal moments—from early growth through to exit—working directly with founders, boards and investors on strategic sales, acquisitions and other transformational transactions.

About you
You will ideally bring:
- Strong private practice M&A experience, particularly on sell-side transactions
- Experience advising startups, emerging companies, technology businesses or venture-backed clients
- The ability to independently lead transactions and manage senior client relationships
- A commercial, practical approach and genuine interest in the innovation economy
- Senior associate, counsel or partner-level experience.
