The firm combines sophisticated deal work with a collaborative culture that invests in attorney development and long-term career growth.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Corporate M&A or Private Equity experience
- Strong law firm background with excellent academic credentials
- Exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience handling sophisticated merger and acquisition transactions
- Admission to the Florida Bar (or eligibility to become admitted)
